Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

So Insomnia Cookies. They are absolutely awesome. When you go into the store the bakery you know right away that you are in a cookie factory and and be careful not to drool. So what can I offer about this eating experience? My best thought is if you're going to buy several cookies, then seriously consider getting a box of I believe six or nine of these cookies because that that's the price point that makes the the biggest difference and gives you the greatest bang for the buck just remember though that you're going to have to control your appetite so you don't eat all of them at the same time. And if you do buy the six or eight cookie option, seriously consider putting several in the freezer so that you don't overdose on sugar and lay waste some of life's greatest pleasures. The location I went to was college town and the server there, the sales clerk, was so so nice and helpful. The only thing that he could have done better was to adjust either giving me a cookie or at least giving me a taste! So the decision to go there is easy it's a no-brainer. The only question you need to ask yourself is can I just stop with one and how much sugar can my body tolerate at one time. And I say t

Very very very rude staff. I ordered cookie sandwich with 2 different cookies and she gave with two chocolate cookies. When I checked I said I did order 1 snickerdoodle and 1 double chocolate and she talked so rudely saying you ordered 2 double chocolate and u changed your mind now..so rude to a customer..didn’t even think that I did not even say after eating but just as I received order…no sorry instead blamed me..never had this kind of experience in Rochester area before…and this place is in college town where people from diverse culture and nation comes. She should be taught how to behave with a customer being working in a customer facing role…other wise shift her to a backend job where she doesn’t have to face customers and talk rudely to them.

Very good cookies. Tastes freshly baked and melts in your mouth. You can't go wrong with any of the choices. They also have ice cream, brownies, etc. Highly recommend

Location was 6 stars and then some from 2019-2023ish. Hit or miss in past few years but wife still loves it. She ordered tonight and the snicker"dough"dle cookies were almost completely raw and maybe half cooked. Hope they are able to turn it around because the company has a solid product.
